This eye mask is such a delight to sleep with and it helps me fall and stay asleep. My room gets a lot of natural light, which is lovely, but it also gets street lamps and cars going by, which is not. I dont like the curtains that make your room pitch black, so this is perfect. It has a nice light pressure around the eyes which is soothing, as is the soft silky fabric. And the way it is cushioned means my eyelids don't have anything rubbing against them. It's made really really well and I would highly recommend.

I bought this eye mask because I tend to wake up with very dry eyes and I didn't realize that that's not normal. This mask is way more comfortable than other masks because there's no pressure on my eyes and the adjustable band means no more headaches as well! I move a lot in my sleep but surprisingly, the mask stays on. I also sleep with a Bonnet and even then, the mask doesn't slip off in the night. Highly recommend! Most comfortable and no more dry eyes!

I actually do have more lucid dreams with this mask :joy: I bought it when Michelle did a Tik Tok live and she convinced me. The sunlight doesn't bother me at all with it on. I wish I got it sooner. I'm very sensitive to sunlight.
I tend to wake up if I can feel sunlight on my eyes. With the mask I can easily go back to sleep.
They don't fall off when I toss and turn.
I meditate too! They help me concentrate.

The fabric is smooth and feels comfortable on the face. I've been using it at night but find it bulky because the shape is kind of rigid. I think it's better to use it for taking naps, where you don't want to disturb your makeup. The eye pockets make it easier to avoid your eye makeup. I think it's not the most comfortable if you're a side sleeper and sleep lying down due to the rigidness of the product. All in all, I would repurchase again for travel because I imagine this would be great for plane naps! It truly blocks out light as well!
