Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), "sale" means disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do neither.
While we work with service providers (like Shopify for e-commerce, Klaviyo for email marketing, and Gorgias for customer service), these are contractually obligated service providers who process data only on our behalf and under our instructions — NOT sales or sharing under CCPA/CPRA.
