If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your order within 30 days of your purchase date. If your order date has exceeded 30 days, we unfortunately, can not offer a refund or exchange. 

Once your return and/or exchange has been initiated and dropped off at your local Post Office we cannot edit your return or exchange.

If you need to make an exchange, please note that we only accept one exchange per product and the exchange item must be equal value of the item originally purchased. 

  • Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment less the cost of return processing fee ($5.99)
  • We cannot take returns on overly used products, as determined by EM Cosmetics
  • We only allow one exchange per product (i.e. you will not be able to exchange a previously exchanged item)
  • We do not allow returns on previously exchanged items
  • Shipping and handling are not refundable
  • Items denoted as "Last Chance" "Final Sale" "Sets" or "Bundles" are not eligible for return

Defective/Damaged Items: Please visit our portal if you have received a defective or damaged item. You will be asked to upload an image of the issue in order to approve your refund or replacement request.

*Please note that although we have tried to represent our shades as accurately as possible, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor.


  • Currently, we do not offer any international returns at this time.
  • Defective/Damaged: If you have received a defective or damaged item, please reach out to our support team and provide your order number (listed on your confirmation email) along with a photo/video of the item you are experiencing issues with.

Enter your order number and the email address used to complete your purchase.


  • Once you have entered your order details, select the item or item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
  • Select a reason for your return or exchange. 
  • If exchanging, select the product you would like to exchange for. Please keep in mind, the exchange product must be of same value of the original purchased product. 


  • Once you have completed the return prompts, you will be emailed a prepaid shipping label good for USPS from Narvar Returns ( with subject line "EM Cosmetics - Ready to mail your return?"
  • Print out the RMA packing slip & prepaid shipping label and affix to your package.
  • Please make sure to include the RMA packing slip inside your package. This will allow for our warehouse team to effectively process your return.
  • Drop off your package at your local USPS before the due date listed on your prepaid label confirmation email. Once a return label is processed, we have a return/exchange window of 21 days. If we do not receive your package to our warehouse within 21 days of issuing your prepaid shipping label, your return/exchange will be cancelled. 
  • Once your return has been initiated and dropped off at your local USPS, we can no longer make edits to the return.
  • Once your return has been received at our fulfillment center, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be posted back to your original form of payment. 
  • For order exchanges, your exchange order will go into processing once delivered to our warehouse. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, and an additional 2-12 business days for delivery. Once your order has shipped you will be emailed with tracking information.

EM Cosmetics SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier. EM Cosmetics is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility ONLY. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are included in your EM Cosmetics order and/or shipping total at checkout. EM Cosmetics is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

Please note that tracking status may take 2-5 business days to update.

Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt (processing time does not include weekends, holidays, and holiday weekends).

All purchases are subject to credit authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.

Orders must be placed by 10am PST weekdays to start processing the same day. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) for orders placed during product launches or sales.

Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account within 24-48 hours. A link will also be included with tracking information to check the status of your order.

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are canceled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons for cancellation are:

  • Item(s) not available
  • Difficulty in processing payment information
  • Cannot ship to address provided
  • Duplicate order was placed
  • Canceled due to a customer request

Discount codes can not be used in conjunction with one another or combined with any other offer. This includes redeeming cash as part of our Rewards program. You will only be able to use one code or discount offer at a time at checkout.
