U.S. SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES:
· Orders must be placed by 10am PST to start processing the same day. Processing time typically processes within 2 business days (Monday - Friday). During product launches or sales, shipping may take longer – we appreciate your patience!
· Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday (excluding weekends, holidays, and holiday weekends).
· EM Cosmetics offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. Orders $40 and over (excluding taxes and discounts). EM Cosmetics ships within the continental United States including Hawaii and Alaska.
*Please allow an additional 2-3 days for orders placed during product launches or sales.
EM Cosmetics SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier. EM Cosmetics is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility ONLY. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.
EM Cosmetics does not ship internationally, and ships only to the United States. We hope to expand to other regions in the future!

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your order within 30 days of your order being delivered to you (if it meets the criteria listed below). If your delivery date has exceeded 30 days, we, unfortunately, can not offer a refund or exchange.
Please note that although we have tried to represent our shades as accurately as possible, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor.
- If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 days receiving your order (starting with the date of delivery) for a refund on the purchase price, less the cost of shipping ($5.99). Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
- We cannot take returns on overly used products, as determined by EM Cosmetics.
- Shipping and handling are not refundable.
- Items denoted as “Last Chance” or “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
To return merchandise to emcosmetics.com, please follow these easy steps:
- Simply reach out to our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time, excluding holidays and holiday weekends) with the products you’d like to return & your order number.
- EM Cosmetics customer care will provide a return label, which you should affix to the outside of the return package.
- Your return shipping via FedEx SmartPost® will take 5 to 10 business days to arrive at our facility. Upon receipt, the returned merchandise will be assessed for processing. This can take 5 to 7 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it can take 5 to 7 business days to post to your account.
Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends, holidays, and holiday weekends). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. All purchases are subject to credit authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account within 24-48 hours. A link will also be included with tracking information to check the status of your order.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are canceled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons for cancellation are:
- Item(s) not available
- Difficulty in processing payment information
- Cannot ship to address provided
- Duplicate order was placed
- Canceled due to a customer request
- Please contact our customer care team at email@example.com (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time, excluding holidays and holiday weekends) as soon as possible, and we will let you know if your order can still be changed.
