The New Look Of Liner

After years of being neglected and relegated to makeup-bag obsolescence, lip liner has resurged back into the spotlight. With the right liner, you can truly transform your lips! Michelle’s inspiration behind Soft Blur Velvet Lip Liner was to find a formula that creates natural and seamless lines leaving that old school waxy finish behind, while also incorporating nourishing ingredients to keep your lips feeling soft and luscious. After years in the making, we finally perfected the formula! This lip liner will not only deliver soft diffused color, but will give a blurred effect to the lips making them look soft, seamless and plush. Soft Blur has a nourishing velvety texture that leaves you with a luscious matte finish. And to top it off, we infused the formula with Sacha Inchi Oil, Squalane, Shea Nut Oil and Vitamin E to help condition the lips. Soft Blur Velvet Lip Pencil is a multi-use lip pencil that can be used to achieve a multitude of dreamy looks.
